Who I teach.
I’ve practised yoga since my late teens and started training to teach with British Wheel of Yoga in 2016. I’m qualified to teach adults of all ages and abilities.
I’ve completed my children’s yoga teacher training and am DBS cleared. I’m also qualified to teach Yoga for Cancer, Yoga for Long Covid, Chronic Fatigue and Burnout.
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to deepen your regular practice. I work with a range of themes, asanas (postures) and the breath. My regular yoga classes include a gentle warm up to begin and a restorative relaxation to end. Since March 2020, I've been teaching my usual community-based yoga classes via Zoom.
If you’ve been less active for a while, have mobility difficulties or are recovering from Long Covid, a Chair Yoga class can be a more gentle way to experience the benefits of yoga.
Similarly, if you're completely new to yoga, have had a gap due to illness or injury or are not sure if a live online group class is right for you at the moment, I also teach personal one-to-one yoga lessons online.
