Bespoke approach

I offer a flexible, practical, developmental approach. I use a range of innovative coaching tools and tailor strategies to client needs. My bespoke approach allows clients to discover, explore and unlock areas of their life where they have become stuck. To navigate through stress, anxiety and trauma. I help them gain a new perspective, explore options, to prioritise themselves and discover ‘what next.’

 

I take a humanist approach to life, wellbeing and mindset coaching.

As a qualified coach, I draw inspiration from humanist, positive psychology and person-centered approaches. My unique coaching style also reflects my passion for learning, development and training. I am a life-long learner.

I focus on building effective working relationships. The specific behaviours I use in my coaching practice include: creating a safe, non-judgmental space for learning, building rapport using a blend of empathy, support, humour and challenge. In keeping with the humanistic philosophy, my approach is largely client-led and seeks to be non-formulaic.
